Pony trekking and cycling on the Tissington Trail (2 miles), Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Kedleston Hall (N.T.), Castle Caverns, Crich Tramway Museum, the Heights of Abraham cable cars, Alton Towers and the picturesque towns of Bakewell, Buxton and Ashbourne are all within easy reach.
