B and Bs in Seahouses
Welcome to St Cuthbert's House - a truly unique place to stay, in the
heart of the beautiful and historic Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty. St Cuthbert's House is a former Presbyterian church
building, built in 1810. It's in the quiet hamlet of North Sunderland,
adjacent to the popular village of Seahouses, on the Northumberland coast.
We're just a few minutes walk from the harbour.
We've renovated this historic former church, to create a luxurious and beautifully designed house for up to twelve people. It‚' a Grade II 'listed building', with its charm and history preserved - but the renovation has enabled us to incorporate some luxurious touches into the six ensuite bedrooms, and the beautiful, functional living spaces. The house is so much more than simply a place to stay; it's a place to inspire and stir you, and to provide a memorable experience of hospitality.
Jill's fantastic breakfasts are legendary and will set you up for the longest of days. They can be enjoyed with a clear conscience too - they're even healthy‚ as we never fry anything, and we use only the very best locally sourced food.
We are a Non-Smoking property. We regret that we cannot have your pets to stay. We can accommodate children over 12 years of age. Check-In time: 15:00 Check-Out time: 10:00.
