The Old Station House bed and breakfast is the perfect base for exploring the Peak District National Park as we are located in the charming village of Rowsley within three miles of Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Bakewell. Our family run B&B has just three en-suite guest bedrooms as well as plenty of off-road parking and the village pub and two restaurants are within a five minute walk of the house. The Old Station House was built by Sir Joseph Paxton in 1850, the year before he designed the famous Crystal Palace for the Great Exhibition in London. Today we have two double rooms and one twin/superking which has extra long (6' 6") beds. All three rooms are en-suite and have colour TV/DVD players, WiFi internet access and coffee / tea making facilities. There is also a guest information pack in every room containing details of local attractions, restaurants and popular local walks that head in all directions from the village through the National Park.

Prices range from 70 per night and include a full English breakfast using local produce and homemade bread. Discounts for three or more nights are offered throughout the year. Please see our website for further details.
