Overlooking the picturesque harbour in Irvine's Harbourside district, the Marina Inn offers good-value accommodation close to Irvine's sandy beach and railway station. The Marina Inn overlooks the River Irvine and Scottish Maritime Museum. there is an abundance of wildlife in and around the river including seals, deer, swans, ducks, grey heron, buzzards, cormorants, geese etc.

Next to the Magnum Leisure Centre, which has a swimming pool with family area, indoor bowling, badminton, indoor football. The Marina Inn is also just 700 metres from the town's indoor shopping centre. Prestwick Airport is 6 miles (11km) away. There are 5 bars & restaurants within 500 metres and Irvne's train station is only 5 minutes walk.

Comfortable rooms are offered with en suite. Some rooms have a beautiful harbour view. Refurbishment work has now been completed on all rooms on ground floor. All rooms are spacious, with en suite bathroom facilities and a 32-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Freeview digital channels and a DVD player. Guests also have access to a free DVD library. The rooms have fridge, microwave, ironing facilities, hairdryers, radio alarm clocks and tea/coffee making facilities. We can cater for groups up to 20 at Marina Inn and a further 20 at nearby Harbourside Hotel, ideal for team building, school breaks, etc.
