Situated on the Somerset/Dorset border, the Town offers a first class selection of modern shops only minutes away from the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding countryside. Yeovil boasts two theatres providing varied programmes , a ten-screen cinema and 18-lane ten-pin bowling alley, health and fitness suites, a swimming pool, a dry ski centre, recreation grounds and plenty of night life in the form of pubs and clubs. For those who like to take life a little more leisurely, the beautiful Ninesprings and surrounding areas have recently been developed into a Country Park. Central to the town is the beautiful St Johns Church with the grounds bursting with flowers throughout the summer throught the Yeovil in Bloom initiative. Population 42,000
